I have worked across a wide range of regulated and operationally complex environments, developing and maintaining robust management systems that support compliance, accountability, and continual improvement.
Over a number of years, I have established and maintained Business Management Systems for ISO accreditation within diverse and often high-risk organisations, including marine, engineering, and offshore sectors. These systems have been successfully implemented and maintained with zero non-conformances at external audit, reflecting a practical, detail-focused approach grounded in real operational needs rather than generic templates
My professional background includes senior administrative and financial roles and long-term involvement in consultancy environments supporting international offshore projects. This experience has provided a strong foundation in internal controls, auditing, regulatory compliance, document control, and risk-based thinking.
I have extensive hands-on experience supporting ISO compliance, including system design, implementation, maintenance, internal auditing, management review support, and external audit preparation. I am highly IT-literate, with practical experience managing databases, financial systems, document control platforms, and small business networks, ensuring that management systems are supported by reliable, well-controlled information. I have undertaken Internal Auditor training through BPP and holds certification from London Training for Excellence in the Skills of Auditing and Internal Control.
